I've been on the path of being a therapist since I was ten years old. I created client files, worked with imaginary clients and their family members and tried to help them resolve their chaos. Growing up in a family of addiction, codependency, and chronic stress. I coped in the best way I knew how which was to create the “therapist” game as a kid. Eventually I found myself in my own addiction, struggling with depression and hitting “rock bottom” which then provided me the launch pad of healing and recovery.
